1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, licensing and use of Easy DWG ("the Software"), a software application developed and distributed by Easy DWG ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Software.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable licence fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own internal business or personal purposes.

The licence does not grant ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly permitted by law, you must not:

• Copy, distribute or resell the Software;
• Rent, lease or sublicense the Software;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software;
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Software;
• Remove copyright notices, licence mechanisms or security features.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, website, branding, logos, documentation and all associated materials remain the exclusive property of Easy DWG.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

4. Software Functionality

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Software operates substantially as described.

However, the Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Software will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• The Software will be compatible with every version of Autodesk Revit or third-party software;
• The Software will meet every user's requirements;
• The Software will be free from defects at all times.

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any outputs generated using the Software.

5. Updates and Support

We may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements or new features at our discretion.

We are under no obligation to provide future updates, upgrades or ongoing support unless explicitly stated.

Where support is offered, it is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy DWG shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits;
• Loss of revenue;
• Loss of business opportunities;
• Loss of data;
• Loss of contracts;
• Loss of goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential or special damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Software shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable licence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of exported files;
• Ensuring compliance with project-specific requirements;
• Maintaining backups of project data;
• Testing outputs before issue to clients or third parties.

The Software is a productivity tool and does not replace professional judgement.

8. Third-Party Software

The Software may interact with Autodesk Revit and other third-party products.

Easy DWG is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Autodesk, Inc.

Autodesk®, Revit® and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a licence if:

• These Terms are breached;
• The Software is used unlawfully;
• Licence mechanisms are intentionally circumvented.

Upon termination, all rights granted under the licence immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
