Digital Software Products

Easy DWG is a digital software product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not automatically provided simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.

30-Day Technical Guarantee

If Easy DWG does not function substantially as described, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from operating correctly, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Before issuing a refund, we may request information about the issue and may attempt to provide troubleshooting assistance or a software update where appropriate.

Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered where:

• The software cannot be installed or activated correctly;
• The software does not function substantially as described;
• A technical issue prevents normal use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe;
• A duplicate purchase has been made in error.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

• The software has been successfully delivered and activated;
• The software functions substantially as described;
• The customer no longer requires the software;
• The customer has changed their mind after purchase;
• The software is incompatible with systems, software versions or workflows not advertised as supported.

Supported Software Versions

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with the supported Autodesk Revit versions listed on the Easy DWG website prior to purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and should include details of the issue experienced, together with any relevant screenshots, error messages or supporting information.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
